Thanks to an innovative device equipped with pressure rollers and custom-shaped pads, the abrasive belt is able to make precise contact with a specific point and accurately follow the profile of the workpiece. This technology guarantees uniform material removal and superior surface finishing, even on complex and non-standard shapes. The number of grinding heads is configured according to the cross-section of the component, allowing the machine to be tailored for optimal performance in every application.

On units dedicated exclusively to surface processing with pressure rollers and shaped pads, the machine is equipped with a pneumatic abrasive belt tensioning system featuring an incremental power reader adjustable from 1 to 100. This enables precise control over working parameters and removal capacity, ensuring maximum flexibility and repeatability.
The machine structure is extremely robust and engineered with double sealed guards to prevent any possible dispersion of cooling liquid. To guarantee high operational performance and extended component lifespan, motors and pulleys are protected by dedicated safety housings, while the drive pulleys are equipped with a double series of transmission belts to ensure reliable and efficient power transmission.

Working parameters and material removal levels can be adjusted through an advanced PLC control system with touchscreen display. The system allows the creation and storage of up to 100 different machining programs, is fully compliant with Industry 4.0 standards, and enables remote assistance for diagnostics and technical support.

The wet processing system ensures effective cooling of the workpieces through powerful coolant jets. The machine is equipped with two tanks featuring a magnetic separator for filtration and recirculation of the emulsion, with capacities of 200 and 600 lt. respectively, providing efficient coolant management and continuous operation.
Material removal rate and surface finishing quality can be measured and monitored through programmable laser gauges positioned at both the infeed and outfeed of the machine, ensuring precision, consistency, and full quality control throughout the grinding process.
