New technology for metal wire grinding
That enables an easy integration of our polishing machines into wire production lines or, when used as single units, for metal wire polishing to increase the surface quality before wire drawing process or to ensure a smooth and higher quality level of the material after wire drawing .
Units for metal wire polishing produced from Garboli allow to reach a productivity rate of about 100 mt/minute and can be customized or integrated according to the specific requirements of final customer. Metal wire polishing is possible on diameters from 2 to 100 mm through dry or wet orbital grinding system.
