TAPER TUBES BUNDLE
This innovative bundle loading system with hoisting belts is designed for handling taper tubes supplied in bundles with a maximum weight of up to 1 ton.
The system is suitable for components with a maximum length of 6000 mm, with the possibility of managing longer items upon request.
This loading system is capable of handling taper and conical tubes up to a max tapering difference of 75 mm. and is including a separation mechanism that allows the automatic feeding of tubes one by one, ensuring a continuous and controlled production flow.
The machine is controlled by a PLC that manages and programs the working cycles, allowing operators to quickly change production programs without need for manual adjustments. This feature significantly improves operational efficiency and reduces downtime during product changeovers.
The bundle loading system for conical tubes can operate in combination with step-by-step loading systems or be directly integrated with our tube polishing machines. This flexibility makes it an ideal solution for automated taper tube handling in modern industrial environments.
