The first grinding unit features opposed abrasive belts supported by pneumatic flat contact pads positioned horizontally. This configuration ensures precise cross grinding and finishing of two flat sides of square or rectangular profiles.
The second grinding head is equipped with vertically positioned abrasive belts and flat contact pads, allowing accurate processing of the remaining two sides. Together, the dual-head system guarantees uniform surface finishing and superior dimensional consistency.

To prevent surface overheating during processing, the machine integrates a high-capacity coolant flow system combined with an advanced filtration unit. This ensures optimal temperature control, extended abrasive belt life, and enhanced surface quality.
For workpieces with highly irregular or complex geometries, custom multihead configurations can be developed. Each grinding unit can be equipped with pneumatic shaped contact pads, enabling precise and controlled finishing even on the most intricate profiles.
