The system is conceived as a wet-operated double-head grinding machine and features a specially designed waterproof machine framework together with reinforced mechanical components. This robust construction guarantees long-lasting performance, high operational reliability, and stability even under heavy-duty working conditions.

As a wet grinding machine, it operates with a high flow of coolant circulating inside the machine frame in order to cool down and clean the parts during the grinding process. The coolant system provides a flow capacity of approximately 100 liters per minute, ensuring efficient heat dissipation and improved abrasive belt performance during continuous operation.
The machine frame incorporates an internal reservoir and pumping system that transfers the contaminated coolant generated during grinding to an external high-capacity filtering tank with a capacity of up to 1200 liters. Inside this separate unit, the coolant is cleaned from grinding residues through a drum filtering system before being recirculated back into the machine, ensuring efficient coolant management and maintaining optimal processing conditions.

One of the key features of this grinding system is the automatic diameter adjustment capability. The feed units are equipped with proportional valves that regulate pressure in real time, ensuring precise and consistent material removal throughout the grinding process. Even when processing components with strong taper variations, the intelligent abrasive belt compensation system maintains constant contact with the surface, delivering uniform finishing quality along the entire workpiece.

Feed devices have been upgraded for supporting heavy weights through sturdier structure.
Thanks to encoder readers integrated into the system, operators can perform targeted grinding operations on specific sections of the pole or workpiece, allowing precise and localized material removal where required. The machine is controlled by an intuitive PLC with touchscreen interface that enables operators to easily program production recipes, manage process parameters, and generate production reports.
