The APM feed system consists of a mechanical or pneumatic clamping device designed for tapered, stepped or shaped parts, combined with a manual sliding system.
This configuration allows the operator to easily move the clamped workpiece back and forth toward the grinding machine, ensuring precise positioning during the grinding process. When processing long or thin parts, a tailstock device operating on a rear sliding feed system can be supplied to hold the component securely and provide full stability during machining. This solution improves consistency during grinding operations and helps achieve uniform results even on complex or delicate components.
