Tubes
Garboli Performance tube finishing systems coordinate abrasive surface treatment with workpiece feed in larger industrial production cycles. Selected stages prepare the external surface and develop the required satin or polished result. Tube diameter, wall thickness, straightness and incoming surface condition influence both treatment and handling. Integration is specified around the actual tube and production route; it does not imply compatibility with every tubular geometry.

Surface quality through connected stages
The tube travels through the abrasive area with controlled movement. Working units can be combined with feeding and adjacent production stages to maintain a consistent surface condition. The general metal-tube section covers the full Garboli portfolio; Performance finishing machines explain this line’s surface-treatment focus.
For straight round or oval stock, the Performance tube and bar section develops the geometry-specific application. The Performance wire section covers a different, continuous workpiece. For details on the systems and finishes available for your tubes, contact the Garboli team.
Frequently asked questions
No. Diameter, section, wall thickness, straightness and handling requirements must match the selected configuration. Bent-tube suitability requires a separate assessment.
Selected Performance systems integrate working units and handling into a broader route. Connections must be specified around the actual tube and process.
Preparation removes material or addresses the incoming surface. Subsequent finishing develops the required texture or appearance with suitable tools and stages.
