LPC 300 S Wet TAC
This design ensures efficient coolant management while keeping the grinding area clean and stable during operation.
The machine is equipped with a special front and rear feed system with 6+6 self-centering and pivoting rollers on each grinding head. Controlled through proportional valves, this configuration makes the unit particularly suitable for feeding short taper parts or specially shaped components with small diameters. The advanced feed system guarantees stable material handling and precise positioning throughout the grinding process.
The proportional valves are activated through dedicated laser photoelectric sensors that detect the presence of the workpiece between the rollers and automatically apply the correct pressure according to the taper of the component being processed. This intelligent control system keeps the workpiece perfectly aligned inside the machine and ensures a smooth and uniform grinding process along the entire surface.
The machine is managed by a PLC with a touchscreen interface that allows operators to easily program, adjust, and store working parameters, ensuring quick setup and high repeatability in production environments.
An external automatic drum filtering system with a 500-liter tank capacity receives the contaminated coolant generated during grinding. After the filtration process removes residual particles, the cleaned coolant is recirculated back into the machine, supporting continuous wet grinding operation and improving overall process efficiency.
The use of abrasive belts with dimensions of 940 x 60 mm enables improved polishing performance on shaped and tapered components. This configuration ensures high repeatability and a consistent surface finish, making the machine particularly suitable for precision grinding and finishing applications involving complex geometries.
