The LPC500 wet orbital abrasive belt finishing machine is a professional solution designed for high-quality grinding, satin finishing, and polishing of both straight and bent tubes.
It efficiently handles round, oval, elliptical, and irregular sections made of stainless steel, iron, aluminium, brass, and other metals.
Workpieces can be fed manually or automatically between the abrasive belts. The wet processing system makes this machine particularly suitable for light alloys, aluminium, and titanium, delivering superior surface finishes even on heat-sensitive materials.
Extremely sturdy and reliable, the LPC500 Wet can also operate in dry mode when connected to an external dust collection system, offering maximum versatility for different production needs.
