LPC 300 S

Designed for high precision and consistent performance, the machine features two abrasive belt polishing heads mounted on a single base frame. The first unit performs accurate rough grinding, while the second ensures a smooth and flawless surface finish.

This special version is equipped with feed systems and laser gauge devices installed at both the machine entrance and exit. These instruments allow real-time monitoring of stock removal and precise verification of workpiece dimensions throughout the grinding and polishing process.
To guarantee smooth and stable feeding of thin tubes and wires, the machine is supplied with a set of drive bushes. These components ensure proper alignment of the workpieces during processing, improving accuracy and preventing vibration or misalignment.

An external filtering unit with an automatic paper roll filtration system is also included. This device ensures effective cooling and cleaning during operation while collecting all grinding residues generated during the process. The filtration system helps prevent overheating of the workpieces and allows safe grinding even when processing materials that generate potentially explosive or flammable dust.

As an additional feature, the machine is equipped with an air blade device positioned immediately after the second grinding head. This system removes residual liquid on the workpieces after the polishing process, ensuring clean and ready-to-handle finished parts.
