Drilling machines
Garboli Range drilling machines create holes in tubes, profiles and selected flat plates. Available configurations cover perpendicular or angled holes, repeatable drilling patterns and workpiece positioning. Selected arrangements also combine automatic tube feed, rotation, flow drilling and threading. The component geometry, material and hole layout determine which functions belong in the working cycle.

Controlled drilling of tubes and profiles
A round tube, a square profile and a flat plate present different working surfaces. The drilling configurations provide feed, support and tool orientation for these geometries. In current Range configurations, automatic tube feed and controlled rotation can position successive holes around the component; dedicated tooling also makes flow drilling and threading available within the working cycle. These operations can be combined in the production of a finished part.
The Range applications for square and rectangular profiles connect hole position with the profile face. The full portfolio of Garboli metal drilling machines addresses the broader set of components and working arrangements.
Reliable cycles for repeated parts
Stable restraint, controlled movement and repeatable positioning support reliable operation when successive components carry the same drilling layout. Different tooling and feed arrangements cover the section and the connection to be made. To learn which drilling machine is suited to your tubes or profiles, contact the Garboli team.
Frequently asked questions
Selected configurations drill square and rectangular profiles with suitable positioning and clamping for the intended face and hole pattern.
Controlled feed positions successive sections of a tube under the drilling unit for repeated holes along its length. It supports consistent spacing within the specified hole pattern.
Selected configurations provide controlled tube rotation and feed. Available positioning and hole orientations depend on the machine and component.
