Finishing is just a general term identifying a machine suitable for doing all operations of stock removal on rough or semi-finished pieces aiming to change their surface and give them a “finished” aspect.
Abrasive ( flexible belt, brush or disc ), available in several grits, allow to obtain different finish qualities in accordance to specific requirements.
In order to achieve pipe “finishing”, our company has been producing pipe finishing machines operating with n. 3 different working methods:
Drum finishing with vertical abrasive belt ( to get semi-polished results on flat surfaces, metal sheets, square and rectangular extruded bars )
Orbital finishing with abrasive belts ( for round and oval straight and bent tubes )
Brush finishing ( to obtain finished surfaces up to mirror on flat parts as well as round or square straight tubes and bars.
