WIRE ROAD

The system features 4 + 4 powered rubber-coated feed rollers, engineered to provide a secure grip and smooth in-feed of both wire and rods. The roller speed is adjustable through an inverter drive, while the entire operation is managed by a PLC with touchscreen interface, allowing operators to easily monitor and control all working parameters.

This pulling unit is specifically developed to be easily integrated into existing production lines, making it an ideal solution for transferring wire or rods between different machines or processing stations. During the feeding process, the workpieces are kept perfectly aligned thanks to the use of drive guide bushes, which help maintain stability and ensure consistent material positioning throughout the line.

The system is also equipped with a pneumatic clutch device that allows the feed rollers to operate either as powered rollers or as idle rollers when required. This feature provides additional flexibility in line configurations, particularly in cases where the wire or rods are pulled by other main feeding units within the production line. Thanks to this adaptable operating mode, the auxiliary pulling unit improves material handling efficiency and contributes to smoother and more reliable operation in wire and rod processing lines.
