The system is conceived as a wet-operated double-head grinding machine and features a specially designed waterproof machine framework together with heavy duty mechanical components. As a wet grinding machine, it operates with a high flow of coolant circulating inside the machine frame in order to cool down and clean the parts during the grinding process. The coolant system provides a high flow capacity, ensuring efficient heat dissipation and improved abrasive belt performance during continuous operation.
The machine frame incorporates an internal reservoir and pumping system that transfers the contaminated coolant generated during grinding to an external high-capacity filtering tank with large capacity . Inside this separate unit, the coolant is cleaned from grinding residues through a drum filtering system before being recirculated back into the machine, ensuring efficient coolant management and maintaining optimal processing conditions.

The machine is controlled by an intuitive PLC with touchscreen interface that enables operators to easily program production recipes and manage process parameters.
