LLW – Line for wire

This automated grinding line is specifically designed for the surface grinding and finishing of wire and bars starting from a minimum diameter of 4 mm.

The planetary grinding unit can be configured with single or multiple grinding heads depending on the required level of polishing or stock removal. The orbital grinder is equipped with a special feed device with clutch that allows the machine to operate with either powered or idle feed rollers, providing maximum flexibility and significantly enhancing productivity. After the grinding process, the polished wire is pulled toward the take-up coiler where it is efficiently collected and wound.
