The orbital brush deburring machine type ROTOR is specifically designed to remove burrs, slag and sharp edges generated during tube cutting operations.
Thanks to its advanced orbital brush technology, it ensures precise and uniform deburring both inside and outside the workpiece end, significantly improving edge quality.
The ROTOR machine has been developed for internal and external deburring of tube ends, handling components with perpendicular cuts as well as angular or irregular cuts. This makes it an ideal solution for manufacturers requiring consistent finishing results on a wide variety of tube geometries and cutting conditions.
It is suitable for processing round and oval tube ends, square and rectangular tubing, as well as irregularly shaped profiles made of stainless steel, steel, aluminum, brass, composite materials and plastics. The machine can handle workpieces with a maximum diameter of 210 mm, offering flexibility and reliability for different metal and non-metal finishing applications.
On request, the machine can be supplied with customized clamping and feeding systems to meet specific production needs. A touch screen controller with PLC for programming and managing working parameters is also available as an optional feature, further enhancing process control, automation and operational efficiency.
