The system operates through chains and specially designed tube holders that sort and separate the workpieces, preventing any contact or scratching between tubes prior to entering the tube polishing machine. This solution guarantees maximum protection of the surface quality while ensuring a smooth and reliable loading process.

The unit is capable of loading tubes and bars in different shapes, including round and oval profiles, as well as cylindrical or tapered workpieces. It can process materials with a maximum length of 6000 mm and diameters starting from 5 mm, making it a versatile solution for a wide range of industrial tube finishing applications. The system is specifically engineered to feed workpieces efficiently into automatic tube polishing machines, improving productivity and consistency during the finishing process.

This step-by-step unloading device is controlled by an advanced PLC programming system that automatically manages all operating cycles. The PLC control enables fast automatic setup and eliminates the need for constant operator intervention, significantly simplifying machine operation. This automated control system improves production efficiency, reduces downtime during product changeovers and ensures consistent performance in high-volume manufacturing environments.

Our tube loading system can be easily integrated with other automation equipment such as bundle loaders, further increasing the level of automation in the loading phase. The loader is also equipped with an end-to-end feeding device that introduces workpieces into the tube polishing machine one tube extremity after the other. This configuration allows a continuous feeding process, enabling the polishing line to operate as if a single long tube were passing through the machine, thus improving processing efficiency and ensuring a stable and uninterrupted production flow.
