This rotary orbital deburring machine is equipped with two independent motors, one dedicated to the rotation of the brush shaft rotary joint and one controlling the rotation of the brushes, with adjustable speed through inverter device.
This dual-motor configuration ensures precise control, optimized performance and consistent deburring results across different materials and applications.
Two main features make our machine unique on the market: it is a fully wet-operated deburring system that works through powerful cooling liquid spray nozzles with automatic coolant filtering and recirculation. In addition, the machine is suitable to remove burrs and sharp cutting edges on tube ends with a maximum diameter of 210 mm, making it suitable for demanding tube finishing operations.
Thanks to a special centering device, the machine can accurately deburr bars, tubes and profiles with round, square or irregular sections, handling both perpendicular and angled cuts up to 45 degrees. This makes it a highly versatile solution for tube end finishing and profile deburring across multiple industrial sectors.
Different types of brushes can be installed depending on the material to be processed and the required stock removal. The number of brushes mounted on the machine can change from two up to a maximum of four, according to the dimensions of the workpiece.
On request, the machine can be supplied with customized clamping and feeding systems to meet specific production needs. A touch screen controller with PLC for programming and managing working parameters is also available as an optional feature, further enhancing process control, automation and operational efficiency.
