The notching and belt grinding machine type NOK150 is a versatile multitask solution within our product range, specifically developed for notching and groove machining on tubes, bars and profiles with round, square, rectangular and irregular sections.
Designed for flexibility and precision, it is ideal for metal fabrication environments where multiple processing operations on different geometries are required.
The NOK150 is equipped with a tilting clamping device that allows accurate angle tube notching at 15°, 30°, 45° and 60°, covering diameters from 20 mm up to 150 mm. This feature ensures precise and repeatable cuts, making the machine suitable for structural components, frames and welded assemblies.
The grinding table is positioned horizontally to provide stable and controlled belt grinding operations. The belt notcher can also be supplied with a wet process option to improve surface finishing quality and reduce heat generation during machining. In addition, the machine can be configured for straight tube centerless finishing up to a maximum diameter of 80 mm, further expanding its application range.
The NOK150 represents a reliable and efficient solution for tube notching, belt grinding and profile finishing, combining precision, adaptability and high performance in a single compact system.
