The LT200 WET orbital abrasive belt polishing machine with planetary system is a high-performance solution designed for medium and large-diameter tubes requiring high stock removal.
Equipped with an advanced wet grinding system, this unit is suitable for grinding, satin finishing and polishing operations on pipes with round, oval, elliptical, or irregular sections, processing stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminium, brass, and other metals with precision.
The wet polishing system is particularly important for materials that generate explosive dust, such as titanium and aluminium, while the machine can also operate in dry mode when connected to a dust collection system. Supplied fully assembled and ready to use, the LT200 WET requires no additional fittings, and a wide range of optional equipment is available to meet specific production needs.
The machine is equipped with a self-centering feed system, allowing seamless polishing of taper and specially shaped parts while maintaining consistent high-quality results across all applications.
