LPC 300 Wet

The LPC300 WET orbital abrasive belt grinding machine is one of the most popular models in our orbital polishing range, designed for tube grinding and polishing.

Its orbital system allows the abrasive belts to rotate around the workpiece, efficiently processing tubes with round, oval, elliptical, or irregular sections, as well as tapered or specially shaped parts.

Equipped with an advanced wet processing system, LPC300 WET unit grant consistent surface quality, making it ideal for grinding and polishing stainless steel, steel, brass, aluminium, and other non-ferrous metals. The wet cooling system is particularly effective for finishing light alloys, aluminium, and titanium, ensuring high-quality results even on heat-sensitive materials. Dry polishing and finishing are also possible, offering maximum flexibility for different production requirements.

For enhanced versatility, the machine can be supplied with a variety of optional equipment and accessories on request, allowing manufacturers to customize it for specific tube finishing applications while achieving exceptional efficiency and surface quality.
