The “WET” orbital belt grinding machine is a high-performance solution for professional tube grinding, satin finishing, and polishing applications.
Thanks to its advanced wet polishing system, this machine ensures superior surface quality and optimal cooling during processing, making it ideal for bent tubes with round, oval, or irregular sections.
Engineered for versatility and precision, it efficiently processes stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminium, brass, titanium, and other light alloys. The wet working system significantly reduces heat generation, improves surface finish, and enhances abrasive belt life, making it particularly suitable for demanding applications such as titanium tube polishing and aluminium finishing.
The machine is suitable for grinding operations on tubes up to 50 mm in diameter, offering excellent material removal rates while maintaining consistent finishing standards. For maximum flexibility, it can also be operated in dry mode when connected to a dust collection system. This dual-operation capability allows to perfectly meet different production requirements.
