The double head polishing unit LPC160/S is a high-performance orbital tube polishing line designed for professional metal finishing.
Featuring two grinding heads mounted on a single base frame, the first unit performs precise rough surface grinding, while the second ensures flawless surface finishing on straight tubes with round, oval, elliptical, or irregular sections. It is suitable for stainless steel, iron, aluminium, brass, and a wide range of other metals.
Delivered fully assembled and ready for immediate use, the LPC160/S includes automatic feed systems for straight tubes and photoelectric sensors for the automatic opening and closing of the abrasive belts, ensuring efficient, precise, and consistent operation.
