LE model has been specifically designed for grinding and finishing shaped ends on components with round, square and rectangular sections. It delivers consistent surface quality and precise edge finishing, making it suitable for a wide range of metal fabrication and tube processing applications.
Main feature of this belt finishing machine is that the workpiece does not rotate during processing. Instead, the abrasive belt rotates around the fixed part, ensuring stable contact and uniform material removal. The machine is supplied with a shaped pad customized according to the specific end profile to be polished.
In addition, the LE machine is equipped with a dedicated clamping and feeding device that securely holds the workpiece and guides it toward the abrasive belt, where the finishing operation is performed.
