The GPS Modulo flat grinding machine is a versatile, high-performance solution engineered for edge deburring, satin finishing, and surface finishing on square and rectangular tubing.
This unit is also suitable to process metal sheets and plates made of stainless steel, iron, aluminium, brass, and other metals, making it particularly suitable for deburring plasma-cut or sheared metal components.
The GPS Modulo is available in multiple configurations and supports a variety of tools, including abrasive belts, brushes for satin finishing, and orbital brushes for deburring. The machine can be equipped with two or three interchangeable heads, providing maximum flexibility for different production needs. Surface finishing can be performed either “wet” or “dry,” with the optional connection of dust collection hoods. A wide range of special equipment and accessories is available on request, allowing manufacturers to optimize the machine for high-precision, efficient sheet metal, profiles and tubing finishing.
