Engineered with advanced electronic controls and brushless motors, the FORUS ensures precise perpendicular and angled drilling on round tubes, rectangular and square profiles, as well as flat plates made of steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and titanium. The robust mechanical structure of each drilling unit guarantees long-term stability, while the feed movement is driven by a recirculating ball screw powered by a brushless motor, ensuring smooth motion control and high positioning precision.

This upgraded version features automatic tube feeding for workpieces up to 3 meters in length, combined with a pneumatic clamping device that ensures secure and reliable positioning during machining. The machine is supplied complete with ER25 drill holding spindles for both drilling units, providing high versatility in tool selection. It is also configurable for flow drilling and threading operations, making it a comprehensive solution for advanced tube processing applications.
The rotating table allows accurate angular positioning, while the automatic rotation of the tube holding spindle, managed through an integrated encoder with programming system, ensures precise and repeatable machining cycles. Automatic lubrication of the drilling units through an air/oil system enhances durability and reduces maintenance requirements.
The machine includes an external oil and coolant collection tank, a set of clamping jaws, and an additional cooling system with electro-pump specifically designed for machining heavy thickness parts, ensuring optimal thermal control even under demanding production conditions.
