DUO

The multitask grinding machine type DUO is part of our range of special grinding machines designed for multiple operations and dedicated applications on tubes and profiles, including grinding, deburring and satin finishing.

Developed to maximize versatility and productivity, the DUO model allows operators to perform two different types of processing within a single solution.

The machine is engineered for sheet metal drum grinding, enabling high-quality satin finishing and polishing of profiles and bars with square or rectangular sections, as well as metal sheets and plates made of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass and other metals. At the same time, it integrates a centerless belt grinding system specifically designed for tube finishing and satin finishing of straight pipes with round sections, ensuring consistent surface quality along the entire length of the workpiece.

Thanks to its dual-function configuration, the DUO grinding machine represents an efficient and flexible solution for metal surface finishing, combining drum grinding and centerless belt grinding in one machine.
On request, the machine can be prepared for wet processing by adding optional equipment, further expanding its application range and adapting it to specific production requirements.
