The machine features two fully integrated sections built on the same heavy-duty frame. The first chamber is dedicated to intensive tube washing through high-efficiency spray nozzles that apply a cleaning emulsion composed of water and detergent or specific industrial cleaning agents. This process effectively removes grease, oil, dirt and surface residues from the external tube surface, ensuring optimal preparation for subsequent operations such as bending, welding, coating or assembly.

Immediately after the washing phase, tubes enter the drying chamber equipped with a powerful air blade system. This high-performance drying technology completely removes residual liquids from the surface, delivering dry tubes ready for the next production stage. The result is a continuous, efficient and reliable cleaning process that enhances overall production quality.

The machine is equipped with a self-centering front and rear feeding system that guarantees smooth and precise tube guidance throughout both washing and drying sections.
An integrated external tank unit provides automatic filtration and recirculation of the cleaning liquid, reducing consumption while maintaining constant washing efficiency. The adjustable feed rate is controlled via PLC, allowing full programming flexibility and seamless adaptation to different production requirements.
