Grinding of square, rectangular, or irregular-section tubes has always been a concrete need for many manufacturing companies. Today, we are pleased to introduce a new multi-head abrasive belt machine, specifically designed to perform grinding perpendicular to the axis of the tube — offering an innovative and efficient solution to this production requirement.

The first unit is equipped with two opposing abrasive belts, supported by horizontal pneumatic contact pads, ideal for simultaneously processing two sides of the profile. The second unit features abrasive belts with flat pneumatic pads arranged vertically, allowing the finishing of the remaining two sides.

To prevent overheating of the workpieces, the machine is fitted with a powerful liquid cooling system, complete with an integrated filtration unit. For processing profiles with complex geometries or irregular sections, the configuration can be customized with additional heads and shaped pneumatic contact pads, ensuring accurate finishing even on the most challenging parts.

The machine is equipped with a touchscreen interface and dedicated software for setting and saving work parameters, with full capability for integration into automated production lines and data exchange systems.
