The new generation of Garboli machines reaches an upper level with the LT-Hybrid tube and wire orbital grinding machine, where upgraded engineering, a sturdy machine frame, top-quality components and improved controls combine to deliver high performance for heavy-duty wire and tube processing applications.

 

Wider abrasive belts, together with the possibility of multi-head configurations, enable exceptionally high stock removal rates and longer-lasting performance.

 

The machine is also available in a wet grinding version: a powerful cooling system ensures high stock removal standards without compromise, dramatically reducing production waste caused by wire size non-conformity.

 

The LT-Hybrid is equipped with laser gauges for continuous, real-time monitoring of material stock removal.

Full integration between the laser gauges and the control software allows automatic adjustment of working parameters during the grinding process, ensuring consistent and uniform material removal.

All measurement data can be stored and verified during the laser sampling process, guaranteeing high quality standards and full process traceability.

 

A smart HMI has also been developed to provide a user-friendly interface and enable easy machine setup.

This improvement represents added value for integrating this planetary grinding machine into existing production lines or for creating tailor-made automated solutions.
