Orbital «WET» grinding machine with abrasive belts for grinding, buffing and satin finishing of STRAIGHT or BENT items made of stainless steel, brass, iron or any other kind of metal having round, oval, elliptical or irregular section. Particularly suitable for processing on light alloy, aluminium and titanium items.
Main feature in comparaison with similar ones is that our unit is equipped with 2 INDEPENDENT MOTORS: 1 for disc rotation (Pic 1) and 1 for grinding belts rotation (Pic 2).
Grinding and finishing process can also be “DRY”; in this case, a dust collection cap (on request) is supplied to be fitted on the machine in a few minutes time.
Machine is supplied ready to work with following STANDARD EQUIPMENT: filtering and recirculating system of the coolant and a water-gun for machine cleaning (Pic 3), electropump to allow the flow of cooling mixture on items under process(Pic 4), motors voltage 400V/50Hz, n°2 plastic boards to hold work-pieces during process, n° 4 abrasive belts in different grits, service keys, instructions book and CE conformity declaration. |
