GARBOLI :: GRINDING AND SATIN FINISHING MACHINES FOR METALS PROCESSING


Orbital grinding machine using abrasive belts for grinding, buffing and satin finishing STRAIGHT or BENT items made of stainless steel, brass, iron, aluminium or any other kind of metal having round, oval, elliptical or irregular section. Main feature in comparison with other machines is that our unit is equipped with 2 INDEPENDENT MOTORS: 1 for disc rotation (Pic. 1) and 1 for grinding belts rotation (Pic. 2). Machine is supplied ready to work with following STANDARD EQUIPMENT: motors voltage 400V/50Hz, n°2 plastic boards to hold work-pieces during process, n° 4 abrasive belts in different grits, service keys, instructions book and CE conformity declaration.

AVU automatic feed for straight or slightly curved items with constant radius.		Adjustable grinding belts speed with inverter equipment (10-30mt./sec.)		Loader for straight items length 1500-6000 mm. with round section.
