Square and rectangular tubes are manufactured through several production processes giving as result uneven surfaces or different roughness on the tubes
For this kind of workpieces, two different kind of tube finishing machines have been developed :
Drum grinding with vertical abrasive belt ( to achieve finished and semi-polished surfaces on flat surfaces, metal sheets, square and rectangular profiled tubes )
Drum grinding with brush ( to achieve mirror polished tubes and bars, flat surfaces and metal sheets )
