Mirror polishing machines
Garboli put on show its range of mirror polishing machines for metal workpieces.
Polishing machines can be split into 2 different groups according to the abrasive “tools” they are equipped with:
- abrasive belt polishing machine to achieve a pre-mirror finish
- brush polishing machine with mops and polishing paste to achieve the “mirror” finish
Both kind of machines are produced from our company and are operated with 3 different processing systems:
Drum polishing machine with vertical abrasive belt ( to get pre-polished surfaces on flat parts, metal sheets, square and rectangular tubes
Orbital polishing machine with abrasive belts ( to get semi-polished surfaces on bended tubes or straight pipes with round, elliptical, oval section
Mop mirror polishing machine using mops and paste to get mirror finished tubes and bars with round and square section as well as metal plates
