Flat surfaces and metal sheets can be subject to several different working processes like bending, drilling, welding, laser cutting and more. Any of those processes could create imperfections on the surface that require to be removed through machines operating with abrasive belts and brushes.
Two different kind of machines have been developed for sheet metal polishing:
Drum grinding with vertical abrasive belt ( to achieve finished and semi-polished surfaces on flat surfaces, metal sheets, square and rectangular profiled tubes )
Drum grinding with brush ( to achieve mirror polished tubes and bars, flat surfaces and metal sheets )
